NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has revised the Outlook on Colombia's ratings to Negative from Stable and affirmed its Long-Term Foreign Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'BBB'. In addition, Fitch has affirmed the issue ratings on the senior unsecured foreign currency bonds at 'BBB' and the country ceiling at 'BBB+'.
